Guest guest
I have a yen to make some Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. These are interesting because they have tofu in them, but they have a high fat content with the 1/2 cup butter. These also come from the Healthy Lifestyles supplement. kathleen * Exported from MasterCook * Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe By : VT Healthy Lifestyles, Winter/Spring 2002, page 10 Serving Size : 50 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cookies And Bars Fruits Grains And Cereals Soyfoods Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup butter or margarine -- softened 1/4 cup soft tofu 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 egg 2 tablespoons water 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 cup unbleached flour 1/4 cup soy flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 3 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup raisins 2 tablespoons ground roasted soynuts MAKES 50 TO 55 COOKIES 1.
