Add garlic and stir fry 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add the kale and mushrooms, tossing frequently over high heat for 3 minutes. Add the stock, oyster sauce, sugar and pepper. Stir fry for another 2 minutes until vegetables are tender crisp and still bright green. VARIATION: replace oils with vegetable cooking spray and add 4 drops sesame oil for flavor: 72 Calories; 1g Fat (10.9% calories from fat).
