Guest guest Posted January 23, 2002 Report Share Posted January 23, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Marinated Tofu Recipe By :Jeanne Jones Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 ounces firm tofu 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon chopped scallions 1 teaspoon finely chopped lemongrass 1 garlic clove -- minced or pressed 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 teaspoon sesame oil pinch fructose 1. Cut the tofu into 1-ounce slices. Lay the slices flat in a glass baking dish. 2. Combine all the remaining ingredients and spoon over the tofu. Allow to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
