It was so deliciuos and I will have the leftover for lunch tommorow! I served it with grave and sweet potato fries! Perfect! Bethie > * Exported from MasterCook * > > Gimme Lean Loaf > > Recipe By : > Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 > Categories : Loaves > > Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method > -------- ------------ -------------------------------- > 2 pkgs. Gimme Lean (beef style) > 1 medium onion -- chopped fine > 2 cloves garlic -- crushed > 2 tablespoons vegetarian Worcestershire sauce > 2 tablespoons ketchup > 2 tablespoons prepared brown mustard > 2 eggs or equivalent egg substitute > salt and pepper to taste > > Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients. Spread in a > lightly greased loaf pan (9x5x4). Cook uncovered for approximately 45 > minutes.
