Daikon, from the Japanese words dai (large) and kon (root), is a large white Oriental radish with a sweet, fresh flavor. Shake vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, gingerroot, sesame oil and salt in tightly covered container. Pour over daikon, mushrooms and onions in large bowl; toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. Serve on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
