Lemon Almond Mustard Dressing

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup raw almond butter

1/4 cup water (purified) -- may double

2 tablespoons grain mustard

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt -- or to taste

 

Place the lemon juice, almond butter, water, mustard, soy sauce and a pinch of

salt in a blender. Blend well. Add additional water and salt if desired.
