here is the sauce that dresses the bep salad --

Georgia Yogurt Sauce

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 garlic cloves

1 cup plain yogurt with active cultures

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt -- (herbal sea)

 

In a small processor, finely mince the garlic. Place in a small bowl with

yogurt, oil and salt. Mix well.

 

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator, until ready to use.
