Guest guest Posted January 15, 2002 Report Share Posted January 15, 2002 here is the sauce that dresses the bep salad -- the recipe is in that recipe but here it is separate.... ;-) * Exported from MasterCook * Georgia Yogurt Sauce Recipe By :Arthritis Cure Cookbook by Adderly and De Angelis Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Condiments Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 garlic cloves 1 cup plain yogurt with active cultures 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt -- (herbal sea) In a small processor, finely mince the garlic. Place in a small bowl with yogurt, oil and salt. Mix well. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator, until ready to use.
