Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1 cauliflower head

1/2 cup tahini

1/3 cup soft pastry flour -- or all-purpose

1 1/3 cups water

1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce

Clean cauliflower heat, removing leaves and stem and boil, whole, in salted

water for 20 minutes.

Mix remaining ingredients (sauce).

Place cauliflower in a lightly greased pan and pour sauce over it. Bake at 350F

SAUCE VARIATIONS: Combine tofu and white miso, mashed together with enough water

to dilute. Mix white miso and lemon juice. Mix tahini with any of these. Add the

flour to your variation and water as needed to dilute so it will pour and spread

and stick.
