Radishes with Butter and Coarse Salt

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 dozen radishes, preferably Easter Egg or French --

Breakfast, trimmed

with a few leaves attached

1/4 cup unsalted butter

Kosher salt

 

Arrange the radishes on a serving platter. Put the butter in a small ramekin

and the salt in a salt cellar or small dish. Serve immediately. Spread a

little butter on a radish, then sprinkle it with salt.
