Spicy Banana Raita

1 cup plain lowfat yogurt

1/2 fresh green chile pepper or more -- minced

1 teaspoon mild flavored honey

1 firm ripe banana -- diced

salt and black pepper

 

Beat the yogurt with a whisk or fork until smooth. Stir in the remaining

ingredients. Correct seasonings.
