Add to dishes shortly before serving, following specific recipe instructions (e.g. Pasta with Asparagus and Gremolata or Pan-Cooked Mushrooms with Gremolata). Advance preparation: This shouldn't be made more than an hour or two ahead because the garlic will become very pungent. Makes about 1/4 cup.
