Guest guest Posted January 3, 2002 Report Share Posted January 3, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * No Loaf-N-Meat Loaf Recipe By : The Cooking Cardiologist, by Richard Collins, page 115 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Main Dishes, Vegetarian Soyfoods Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups TVP Granules 1 1/2 cups oriental or vegetable broth -- heated 2 small potatoes -- grated 1/2 medium onion -- grated 1 cup bread crumbs -- seasoned 1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute 1/4 cup Wonderslim Fat/Egg Substitute 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons seasoned salt 1 teaspoon pepper -- coarse ground 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix Serving Size: 6 In large bowl place TVP and 1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix, rehydrate with 1 1/2 cups hot oriental broth. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Peel and grate the potatoes and onion, add to TVP mixture. Add all the remaining ingredients, mix very well. Form into a loaf, place in sprayed loaf pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
