Guest guest Posted January 3, 2002 Report Share Posted January 3, 2002 CHILAQUILES 1 Medium onion chopped 1/2 cup grated cheese 2 TBS. salad oil 1 can olives sliced 1 cup 12 0Z. tomatoes 1 cup whole kernel corn (opt) 1 pkg. 1 1/4 taco seasoning mix 1 can(70Z)chopped green chile 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 pkg. totillle chips 1 pkg. Mont Jack cheese grated 1 (120Z)nondairy sour cream To make sauce,saute onion in oil until tender,add tomatoes,toco seasoned salt and green chille.Simmer uncovered 10-15 mins.in a buttered 9x13 casserole, arrange 1/2 of each of the following in layers. Tortille chips,sauce and jack cheese,repeat layers.Top with sour cream.Bake 325 degree for 30 mins,sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake 10 mins longer,let stand 15 mins before cutting into squares.
