Potato Lasagna

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 package Gimme Lean Beef -- thawed

1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix

1 clove garlic -- minced

15 ounces canned tomato sauce

salt and pepper -- to taste

1 cup fat-free ranch dressing

1 jar Heinz White Gravy

1 tablespoon freeze-dried parsley

5 cups frozen hash brown potatoes -- thawed

8 ounces fat-free American or cheddar grated

 

Serving Size: 8

 

Place Gimme Lean Beef Flavor in mixing bowl, add soup mix, garlic, tomato

sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, set aside. In another

mixing bowl combine potatoes, salad dressing, soup and parsley, mix

well. Spray 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer one: spread one half of the

potato mixture over bottom.

 

Layer two: spread entire Gimme Lean mixture over the potatoes evenly.

 

Layer three: spread remaining potato mixture over Gimme Lean. Bake in 350

degree oven for one hour, or until are done. Remove from oven, top with

cheese, return to oven and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.

 

Nutritional analysis: Calories 266, Fat 0, Cholesterol 12, Carbohydrate 42,

Protein 19. Sodium 1,214.
