Guest guest Posted January 1, 2002 Report Share Posted January 1, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Tropical Party Punch With Mint Ring Recipe By : Healthful Cooking by Mary Carroll, Star Tribune 12/01 Serving Size : 15 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Beverages Fruits Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups fresh raspberries 1 cup whole mint leaves 1 medium orange -- thinly sliced 4 cups unsweetened apple juice 3 cups pineapple juice 3 limes -- Juice of Sugar -- to taste Makes 15 servings. This tropical fruit drink is served with an ice ring of mint leaves and berries. Fill an angel food cake pan with crushed ice, then place raspberries, mint and orange slices evenly over ice. Fill with cold water and let freeze until solid. In large bowl, combine apple juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar to taste. Chill well. Dip outside of fruit ring in hot tap water to loosen.
