With the sweet, you need something salty. I like these crisp pecans, which are coated with spices and are delicious served warm. Simply reheat on an ungreased baking sheet for 20 minutes at 200 degrees or until warm. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place nuts in large bowl. In small bowl, combine maple syrup, apple juice, cumin, coriander, salt and cayenne. Pour over nuts and toss well. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
