Balsamic Vinaigrette

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1/3 cup water

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon minced fresh garlic

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt

freshly ground black pepper

 

Makes 3/4 cup.

 

Balsamic vinegar is available in most supermarkets or gourmet stores. Its

robust flavor and low acidity make it a perfect choice for low-fat

vinaigrettes.

 

In medium bowl, combine vinegar, water, oil, garlic, mustard, salt and

pepper to taste.

Protein 0 g, Fat 7 g, including sat. fat 1 g, Cholesterol 0 mg, Sodium 11
