Don't use a cheap, bulk soymilk powder for this recipe - you must use a low-fat, vegan " milk " powder which tastes good as a cold beverage. Mix the ingredients together thoroughly in a small bowl or a food processor. If you want a thin glaze, spread it on hot bread or cake. For a thicker glaze, spread it after the bread or cake has cooled.
