Sangria is a Spanish wine-and-fruit punch. In this non-alcoholic version, tangy cranberry juice cocktail takes the place of red wine, so that all age groups can enjoy it. Combine all of the ingredients except the seltzer water, ice cubes, and garnish in a punch bowl or serving pitcher. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Just before serving, add the seltzer, ice cubes, and fruit garnish.
