Garlic Pita Crisps

12 whole-wheat pitas -- (nonhydrogenated)

Olive oil cooking spray

Granulated garlic

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

 

Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Cut pitas into eighths and place on

prepared pan. Lightly spray top side of pitas with oil, and sprinkle with

granulated garlic. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

 

Nutrition information per pita: Calories 130, Carbohydrates 25 g, Protein 4

g, Fat 2 g, including sat. fat 0 g, Cholesterol 0 mg, Sodium 240 mg,

Calcium 7 mg, Dietary fiber 3 g. Diabetic exchanges per serving: 1 1/2
