Guest guest Posted December 27, 2001 Report Share Posted December 27, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Meat Balls Recipe By : The Cooking Cardiologist, by Richard Collins, page 111 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Main Dishes, Vegetarian Soyfoods Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound Morningstar Farms Ground Meatless -- thawed 1 1/4 cups seasoned bread crumbs 3/4 cup Morningstar Farms Scramblers Egg Product -- thawed 1 1/2 cups onion -- diced fine 1 teaspoon garlic powder salt and pepper -- to taste Serving Size: 6 In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Form into small meal, balls. Place on sprayed baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven 35-45 minutes. or until browned. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce over pasta of your choice.
