Artichoke Dip with Tofu Vegan

14 ounces canned artichoke hearts -- drained

1/2 pound soft or firm tofu

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt -- to taste

 

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Serve with raw

vegetables or toasts.
