Guest guest Posted December 20, 2001 Report Share Posted December 20, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Mustard Cream Dressing Recipe By :Rose Elliot Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1 cup soy cream 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives and/or parsley -- 1 to 2, optional salt and freshly ground black pepper Put the mustard into a bowl, then gradually add the cream, stirring all the time. Add the vinegar and stir gently, in one direction, until the mixture has thickened. Add the fresh herbs, if using, season with a little salt and pepper, then cover and chill until needed.
