This is wonderful!!!! The nutrition is wrong.....the pasta and the broccoli rabe weren't in there, and I didn't hunt them up. 8) JJ * Exported from MasterCook * Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe and Fried Chickpeas Recipe By :Bon Appetit January 2002 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound orecchiette pasta or penne -- little-ear shaped pasta 2 tablespoons butter 6 tablespoons olive oil 4 garlic cloves -- minced 31 ounces garbanzo beans, canned -- well drained 1/3 cup finely sliced fresh sage 1 pound broccoli rabe -- trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces 2/3 cup dry white wine 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese -- packed cup (about 3 oz) Cook orecchiette in large pot of boiling salted water until pasta is tender but still firm to bite.
