Guest guest Posted December 11, 2001 Report Share Posted December 11, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Green Bean-Mushroom Medley Recipe By : The Cooking Cardiologist, by Richard Collins, page 108 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Main Dishes, Vegetarian Soyfoods Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 Morningstar Farms Better N Burgers -- thawed 1 medium onion -- chopped 1 cup green pepper -- chopped 1 cup onion -- chopped 1 can green beans -- with liquid 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Mushroom Soup 1 can mushroom stems and pieces -- drained 1 cup soy milk lite 1 tablespoon vegetarian worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups noodles -- uncooked Serving Size: 6 Break up Better N Burgers and place in food processor, process until hamburger like consistency. Place onions, green pepper and celery in medium microwave bowl, cover and microwave on high 4-5 minutes. In large bowl combine Better N Burger mixture with all remaining ingredients, add vegetables; mix well. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
