In a medium bowl, mix together the cornmeal and flour. Set aside. Crumble the tofu into a blender. Add the water and salt. Blend until smooth. Add the tofu to the flour and mix well. Spoon the mixture into uffins tins that have been lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes, or until just golden brown.
