Cream sugars and margarine until fluffy 2. Beat in water, corn syrup, and vanilla 3. Stir together flour, Unflavored Health SourceTM Soy Protein Shake Powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon 4. Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture, mixing until well blended 5. Stir in oats and chocolate chips 6. Spoon heaping tablespoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray 7. Shape dough into a circle, flattening slightly 8. Bake at 350° F for 15 to 18 minutes or until edges begin to brown 9.
