Hi everyone! Me the nagger again...

I'm starting to see a Holistic doctor becasue of all my food sensitivities (

tomatoes, potatoes, oranges & relatives, cantelope & melon, etc etc...)

Makes being vegetarian challenging- but i'm always up for the challenge.

Anyway- I have been wheat, dairy and sugar free ( besides tiny bits of honey

or molasses or maple syrup-all natural ofcourse) and off all processed

foods including pasta and bread for 1 week now. I'm feeling wonderful

honeslty, but it is not easy. The doc also wants me to do more leafy greens

and brothy soups.. ( eggs are ok- thank god.)- I do still do fish sometimes-

but I can't do any deep sea fish right now.. She would like me to do more

seaweed, kale...

do anyof you have any interesting recipes that would help me on my diet..?

Soups specifically would be great..

also- if anyone is interested, I discovered a new way of eating oatmeal that

is very interesting and you won't add sugar to it! let me know and I'll tell

you about it!

rice and rice pastas are ok.. all grains that aren't wheat are ok.. I've

been having reactions to potatoes- but i seem to be ok with sweet potatoes..

any advice/ encouragement/recipes would be appreciated!

ps- I am doing this for my skin, & digestion as I suffer from adult acne. My

face is so much better in one week, I can't even tell you- so if anyone else

suffers, I'd love to chat about this with you!
