Guest guest Posted December 2, 2001 Report Share Posted December 2, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Lemon Olive Salad Recipe By : Mindy Toomay & Susan Geiskopf-Hadler Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salad Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- -- For Dressing -- 1/2 cup green olives -- pitted 1/3 cup olive oil 1/3 cup lemon juice -- For Salad -- lettuce and other greens mushrooms cucumber dried tomatoes feta cheese In a blender or food processor, puree the olives. Add olive oil and lemon juice and puree again. Toss 1 tablespoon per serving with salad ingredients. This dressing will keep a long time in a covered jar in the refrigerator, but bring it back to room temperature before using.
