Guest guest Posted December 2, 2001 Report Share Posted December 2, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Mediterranean Salad Recipe By : Mindy Toomay & Susan Geiskopf-Hadler Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salad Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- -- For the Dressing -- 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves -- minced -- or 2 tablespoons dried 1 tablespoon fresh oregano -- minded -- or 1 teaspoon dried -- For the Salad -- lettuce and other greens fresh tomato yellow bell pepper oyster mushrooms Whisk all ingredients together. Toss 1 tablespoon per serving with salad ingredients. Dressing not used immediately can be kept for up to a month in the refrigerator, but bring small portion to room temperature before using.
