In a small saucepan bring vegetable broth and water to boil; add rice and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Set aside. 2. In a small skillet, over medium-high heat, cook carrots until tender crisp. Add onions and apples; cook 3 minutes. 3. Stir in rice, raisins, 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds and salt. Cook, stirring until thoroughly heated. Garnish with remaining sesame seeds.
