Garden Pesto Dip

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1/3 cup prepared pesto -- or to taste

3 tablespoons grated carrots

2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise

2 teaspoons minced green onion

1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley

 

Makes about 1 1/4 cups.

 

In small bowl, stir together yogurt, pesto, carrots, mayonnaise, onion and

parsley. Mix until well blended.

 

Nutrition information per serving: Calories 66, Carbohydrates 3 g, Protein

2 g, Fat 5 g, including sat. fat 1 g, Cholesterol 2 mg, Sodium 71 mg,
