Robert Hatherhill, Ph.D. Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 1/2 ounces firm tofu 3 tablespoons sesame oil 1/2 cup broccoli florets 1/2 cup cauliflower flowerets 1 red bell pepper -- chopped 4 green onions -- chopped 1 grated carrot 1 pint cherry tomatoes 1 teaspoon cayenne 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup low-fat cheese Drain the tofu and mash into small pieces. Preheat broiler. On moderate heat, add sesame oil to an ovenproof skillet. Add broccoli, caulifllower, and red bell pepper, and lightly cook for 3 minutes. Add tofu together with some of the green onions, the carrot, tomatoes, and spices. Add sufficient cayenne and turmeric to give the tofu an attractive color.
