Robert Hatherhill, Ph.D. Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 small red onion 1 can tomato soup 1 bay leaf 8 ounces firm tofu -- diced 1 teaspoon basil 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Add all ingredients to soup pot. Bring the mixture to a quick boil, then simmer on very low heat while adding spices. Add more vegetable stock if necessary and season to taste.
