Robert Hatherhill, Ph.D. Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 large tomatoes -- red or yellow 1/4 cup fresh basil 8 ounces low-fat mozzarella cheese 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup sesame or olive oil Cut tomatoes into wedges, tear the basil leaves into bite-size pieces, cube the mozzarella cheese, add to a salad bowl.
