Guest guest
A friend asked me for a recipe for a dessert for TG that involves pumpkin but no dairy. Her 6 yo has some dairy allergies. Any favorite recipes?

Her 6 yo has some dairy allergies. Any > favorite recipes? This is TNT, it's not vegan the way it's written. My friends mom just subs vegan ingredients like soy milk and egg replacer, etc. (I personally like the filling with soy cream cheese, just sub the cream cheese for the Crisco). I like to freeze these, they freeze wonderfully! * Exported from MasterCook * Pumpkin Gobs Recipe By :Shelia's Mom Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups brown sugar 1 cup oil 2 cups pumpkin 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp salt 2 eggs 3 cups flour 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp cloves OR 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice for last 3 spices Filling: 1 stick oleo 1/2 c crisco 2 cups powdered sugar 4 tbsp flour 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c milk Combine all ingredients.
