Sally's Traditional Sour Cream Dip - Low Calorie

1 cup nonfat sour cream

1 teaspoon horseradish

2 tablespoons minced fresh chives

2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley

1 tablespoon nonfat mayonnaise

3/4 cup neufchatel cheese -- softened

pinch salt (optional)

 

In a small bowl combine all ingredients; serve with crackers and raw vegetable

sticks.

from fat).

PER 1/4 CUP -- using low fat ingredients: 91 Calories; 6g Fat (58.0% calories

from fat).
