Robert Hatherhill, Ph.D. Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound bow-tie pasta 2 cups chopped tomatoes 1/3 cup red onion -- sliced 1 4 oz can chopped green chiles 1/3 cup chopped cilantro 1/4 cup olive or sesame oil 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 4 cloves pressed garlic Cook pasta according to instructions.
