Mexican-Style Fresh Tomato Pasta

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 pound bow-tie pasta

2 cups chopped tomatoes

1/3 cup red onion -- sliced

1 4 oz can chopped green chiles

1/3 cup chopped cilantro

1/4 cup olive or sesame oil

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

4 cloves pressed garlic

 

Cook pasta according to instructions. Add all sauce ingredients together in a

large bowl. Add hot pasta to bowl and toss with other ingredients.
