I want to use miso in more than just soups. Here's one way.

Sesame Tahini Dressing

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 tablespoons sesame tahini

1 tablespoon lemon juice

- or brown rice vinegar

2 tablespoons chickpea or mellow barley miso

1/2 cup spring water

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

 

Mix all the ingredients except water in a suribachi. Then add water

gradually or use a blender.
