They make a delightful breakfast, snack, or dessert. Our modern statesmen should dine so well! Add pre-cooked or leftover rice that has been warmed to flour, a pinch of salt, and enough water to make dough. Oil waffle iron, ladle dough on top, close, and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until done.
