Mustard Greens with Onions

1 onion -- diced

1 bunch mustard greens

sweet rice vinegar

shoyu

 

Sweet rice vinegar, sweet vegetables, and shoyu help sweeten bitter greens.

 

Layer onions and greens in a saucepan or steamer. Steam for 5

minutes. Add a few drops of sweet rice vinegar and shoyu for

seasoning and steam 2 to 3 minutes more. Mix and serve.
