In Scotland, it was served as a popular snack. today it is still dried, salted, and enjoyed as a crisp, crunchy snack in Nova Scotia, Labrador, New Foundland, and other maritime provinces of Canada. Wash the dulse and soak for 2 to 3 minutes.Remove from water and cut into small pieces.
