Cashew-Sesame Bean " Cheese "

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup drained cooked white beans

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons cashew butter

2 tablespoons tahini

salt

1 tablespoon water -- (1 to 2 tablespoons) if needed

 

Chop the beans in a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients, using the

water only if neede to facilitate processing. Whip into a smooth, thick paste.
