Guest guest Posted November 6, 2001 Report Share Posted November 6, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Tofu " Cottage Cheese " Recipe By :Bryanna Clark Grogan & Joanne Stepaniak Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 pound medium-firm tofu -- mashed coarsely and drained 2/3 cup firm or extra-firm silken tofu 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon sugar or other sweetener In a medium bowl, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of the salt on the mashed tofu. In a food processor, mix the silken tofu, remaining salt, lemon juice, and sugar until very smooth. Add to the mashed tofu, and mix gently. Refrigerate.
