This simple cooked salsa highlights the citrus taste. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine bell pepper, tomatillos, garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, oil and salt. Cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently, or until peppers are soft. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro. Let cool before serving.
