This favorite spread is a dependable sandwich filling or appetizer dip for the upcoming holidays. To allow the pungent herbs and garlic to permeate the cheese, refrigerate the mixture at least 5 hours (or preferably overnight) before serving. In small bowl, stir together cheese, chervil, tarragon, garlic and parsley. Place in small container, cover and refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight. Serve chilled with crackers or vegetable spears.
