Bake: 30 minutes These sweet potatoes get spiced up with a liberal dose of freshly ground black pepper. 1. Preheat oven to 400F. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1- to 1 1/2-inch chunks. In a bowl combine maple syrup, mustard, oil, salt, and pepper; add sweet potatoes and cranberries. Toss to coat. Transfer to 13x9x2-inch baking pan; spread mixture evenly. 2. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until the potatoes are glazed and tender, stirring twice. Makes 8 servings.
