Guest guest Posted October 14, 2001 Report Share Posted October 14, 2001 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master v8.02 Title: Mushroom Fat-Free Dressing Categories: Salads, Vegetables, Low-fat Yield: 1 recipe 1 lb Fresh mushrooms 3/4 c Fat-Free Dressing 1/2 c Red wine 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper 1 tb Sugar 2 ea Garlic cloves 2 ts Worcestershire sauce 1 tb Dijon mustard 1 tb Lemon juice 1 c Water Combine mushrooms and dressing in a skillet and cook until mushrooms are just tender, about 5 minutes. Dressing Combine vinegar and salt; stir until salt is completely dissolved. Add pepper, sugar, garlic, Worcestershire, Dijon and lemon juice; mix well. Add water and mix well again.
