Tropical fruits make delicious salsa; serve this mango salsa as a condiment for grilled summer dishes. In medium bowl, combine mango, bell pepper, onion, chile, garlic, lime juice, oil, cilantro, salt and pepper. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
